A temporary Immersiveroom for a private holiday celebration
We worked with ShowReady Tech to put a temporary Immersiveroom into a private holiday party.
Paul James of ShowReady Tech wanted to give the guests something they had not seen before. We brought the room, Immersiveserver and our content; ShowReady Tech worked on the production with us.
The challenge
ShowReady Tech was producing a private holiday party in an ordinary event space. The projection had to go in for one night and come out again without leaving a mark.
The experience
We delivered a temporary Immersiveroom set up for the night:
- A temporary Immersiveroom configured for the event venue and timeline
- Immersiveserver and Immersivegroup content powering the visual environment
- Load-in and operation on site, alongside ShowReady Tech
- Holiday content picked for the party
The result
The room was installed, run and struck inside a single event window. It showed that an Immersiveroom can work as a one-night rental for private and corporate parties, not only as a permanent build.
