Immersive content for a permanent installation in a Minneapolis event venue
We provided the immersive content for Entourage Events Group’s permanent ImmersiveRoom installation in Minneapolis—delivering the visual environments that bring the venue’s ballroom to life for every event. The full technology stack was designed and deployed by our founder Andrew through Luxedo.
The challenge
Entourage Events Group was building out a permanent ImmersiveRoom in their Minneapolis venue—a space that needed to feel completely different from one event to the next. The technology infrastructure was in place, but the room needed a deep library of immersive visual content that could match any mood, theme, or brand a client brought through the door.
The experience
We delivered the content layer for the installation, while the complete technology stack was independently designed and deployed by our founder Andrew through Luxedo:
- Immersivegroup content library providing a curated catalog of immersive visual environments—from elegant and ambient to bold and energetic—tailored to the demands of a high-volume event venue
- Scene variety and adaptability ensuring the room can shift tone for weddings, galas, corporate events, and private celebrations without custom content builds each time
- Software-ready content pipeline formatted and optimized for seamless playback within the ImmersiveRoom system
The result
Since its completion in February 2025, the ImmersiveRoom at Entourage Events Group has become a defining feature of the venue. Our content gives the space its visual identity—a library of environments that transforms the ballroom for every client who books it. Paired with the robust technology stack Andrew built through Luxedo, the room delivers a seamless immersive experience that sets the venue apart in the Minneapolis market.
